Rick Curby was the third agent that I consulted about a property I wanted to sell in Henderson, KY. Of the three agents I consulted and interviewed, Rick came across as the most knowledgeable and was the only one of the three to timely jump in his car and get to know the asset so that he would be in a position to let me know what to expect. His initial estimate of value was a fairly tight range and the ultimate sale was right in the middle of the range. I know that real estate is not an exact science, but I was the beneficiary of Rick's market knowledge. Like most real estate transactions, this one had a couple of hiccups. Rick approached these issues calmly and professionally and as a result the process became less stressful than it otherwise might have been.
